Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, please review our return and refund policy below.


Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling fees. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.

Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless received damaged or defective.


How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at shop@fiorigolf.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Return Authorization
If your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization along with detailed instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


International Orders
Returns and exchanges are accepted for international orders. However, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Items must meet the same eligibility requirements: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.
