Refund policy

If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Note: Internationals orders and sale items are all final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.


Returns Eligibility:
Returns are eligible within the 14-days of purchase for a full refund on your order excluding shipping. Products that qualify for returns are items that have not been worn, altered, or damaged. 

Refund Details:
- A full refund will be issued for eligible returns, excluding shipping and handling fees.
- Items on sale are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team: shop@fiorigolf.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Return Authorization:
Once approved, you will receive a return authorization along with instructions on how to return the item(s).

Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1-3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Sale Items:
All sale items are final sale and non-returnable. Items purchased overseas are non refundable.
