Orders & Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders for a limited time.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship out the next day.
Orders placed after 12 PM PST on a Friday, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the following business day.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship with USPS, UPS, and DHL.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since orders ship out quickly, email us at shop@fiorigolf.com as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to help.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with the original tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email us at shop@fiorigolf.com within 30 days with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we'll send you instructions for sending your item back.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 1–3 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes. Email us at shop@fiorigolf.com with your order number and the size or color you'd like, and we'll take care of it.
Can I return sale items?
All sale items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Can I return an international order?
Yes. International returns follow the same rules, and the customer covers return shipping.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us at shop@fiorigolf.com with your order number and a few photos, and we'll make it right.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a Size Guide link next to Size, with measurements for that piece.
Lay a piece you already love flat, measure it, and compare it to the chart.
I'm between sizes. What should I do?
Email us at shop@fiorigolf.com with your height, weight, and usual size, and we'll help you choose.
Product & Care
Where are your pieces made?
We work with makers in Italy, Portugal, and the USA, chosen for their craft and quality.
How should I care for my pieces?
Each product page lists care instructions under Materials & Care.
As a rule: wash cold, inside out, and hang dry. Your pieces will keep their shape and color for years.
Is Fiori only for the golf course?
No. Our pieces are made to work on the course and well after it. Some aren't made for golf at all.
The Brand
What does Fiori mean?
Fiori means "flowers" in Italian.
Like golf, life takes patience and care. You have to nurture it to grow. Fiori stands for growth, resilience, and becoming the best version of yourself.
Where is Fiori based?
Fiori was founded on September 1, 2021, and is based in Ventura, California.
How is Fiori different?
We're not fast fashion. We make timeless pieces built to last and to be passed down through generations.
